Kalona Auto is a small dealership. If you are interested in one of their vehicles it would be best to call and make an appointment to make sure someone is there. I love the way they do business- they have a price sheet for everything on their lot-no question as to the make, miles and price. There is no pressure to make a sale they are there when you need them and they leave you alone otherwise. I highly recommend them-we will go back again!

I contacted the business by email and received a response quickly from Gary Bontrager, he was professional. We continued to exchange informative messages and phone calls. I agreed to make a deposit for purchase. Being from a distance away (1760 miles) I wanted an independent inspection. Gary was very agreeable to this. The inspection was informative and exposed some mechanical concerns (engine problems), Gary was very open about the problems and informed me they would make them right at their expense and I could either continue the purchase or I could back out of the agreement. He kept me informed on the timing and details of the services performed. He found a way to get the truck delivered at a reasonable expense. There have been a couple of issued developed after delivery and he offered to pay for parts purchased, he did not leave me hanging. I would recommend this business and this sales staff if you are looking for a vehicle. Professional, honest, and helpful staff.

Haven't had any problems til just before my 5 year extended warranty was almost up, they helped me get the warranty I paid for and used it to replace the engine.
